Potatoes And Carrots Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sliced, peeled potatoes
    1 1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2/3 c. milk
    1 can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
Preparation
    In a greased 2-quart casserole, place potatoes, carrots, green pepper and onion.
    Combine half the cheese and remaining ingredients.
    Pour over vegetables; gently toss.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 covered 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
    Top with remaining cheese; bake uncovered 10 to 15 minutes more.
    Yields 6 servings.
