Southern Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. evaporated milk
2/3 c. white corn syrup
3 Tbsp. melted margarine
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
whipped cream topping (optional)
Preparation

Combine first 8 ingredients in a blender.
Blend just until mixed, about 3 seconds.
Add nuts for another second if not already chopped fine enough.
Pour into pie shell and bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until filling is puffed and crust is brown.
