Maui Style Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. sweet cooking rice wine
    2 to 3 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
    3/4 to 1-inch thick Texas ribs (8-inches long)
    sesame seed
Preparation
    Combine soy sauce, sugar, sweet cooking rice wine, garlic and ginger.
    Marinate 24 hours.
    Best if barbecued.
