Holiday Cranberry Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
    1 pt. whipping cream (only)
Preparation
    In a 2-quart saucepan combine berries, sugar and water.
    Bring to a boil.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Drain juice from cranberry mixture, saving berries and juice.
    Reheat juice to boiling.
    Stir in gelatin until dissolved.
    Add fruit juices.
    Chill gelatin until consistency of egg whites.
    Blend in 1/2 of the drained cranberries.
