Dijon Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. large shrimp, cleaned and deveined
    1 clove crushed garlic
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. Dijon mustard
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    In large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and stir shrimp and garlic in margarine until just pink.
    Blend in next 3 ingredients.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 4.
