Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 large stalks rhubarb, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 pt. cream
    unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour thoroughly.
    Sprinkle 1/2 sugar/flour mix on bottom of pie shell.
    Add rhubarb; sprinkle the rest of sugar/flour mix over rhubarb.
    Add 1/2 pint of cream.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for approximately 45 to 50 minutes or until crust is brown. Pie will thicken as it cools.
