Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1 c. nuts
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs; mix well.
Fold in sour cream.
Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt; add to mixture. Mix well.
Add vanilla.
Pour into 8 x 12-inch pan.
Top with nuts, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
