Banana Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, separated
    1/2 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 bananas, sliced
    vanilla wafers
    3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cream egg yolks and sugar.
    Add salt, flour and milk.
    Cook over medium heat until thickened.
    Add vanilla.
    Pour into baking dish alternately with bananas and wafers.
    Beat egg whites with 3 tablespoons sugar until stiff.
    Cover pudding and brown in oven. Serves 6 to 8.
