Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onions or 1/2 c. minced
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can Shoe Peg corn, drained
1 can French-style green beans, drained
1 can cream or celery soup
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 roll Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
Preparation

Mix soup, sour cream, onions and cheese. Then stir in corn and green beans. Crush crackers and put on top. Pour melted butter over crackers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
