Texas Corn Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. Oakfarms butter
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    4 c. Little Lulu cornbread
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    Neuhoff frankfurters or pork chops
Preparation
    Saute onion in melted butter.
    Combine with crumbled cornbread and seasonings.
    Use as stuffing for pork chops or use as stuffing for crown of franks.
    Add 1/4 cup water if needed.
