Zucchini Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. squash, diced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    3 c. cooked rice
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. chicken soup
Preparation
    Cook and drain squash.
    Combine with green pepper, onion, rice, salt, pepper, milk, eggs and mayo.
    Put in a greased casserole dish and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 4 servings.
