Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. honey
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water in a bowl.
    Add honey, salt and flour; knead.
    Roll into long \"snakelike\" pieces.
    Shape in the form of a pretzel (folded arms in prayer).
    Brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with salt (coarse salt if available).
    Bake for ten minutes at 425\u00b0.
