Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. pkg. large shells or manicotti
Preparation

Cook according to package directions.
Add about 2 tablespoons oil to water to prevent sticking.
Prepare filling and heat sauce through while shells are cooking.
When shells are cooked (don't overcook), drain shells.
Return to pan and add cool water to cover shells.
This helps to keep the shells intact while stuffing.
