Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

1 (9-inch) pie crust
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
whipped cream and nuts (for garnish, if desired)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
In large bowl, combine filling ingredients; mix well and turn into shell.
Bake 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and continue baking 35 to 40 minutes.
