Zucchini Appetizers(Little Bites) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. thinly sliced unpeeled zucchini (about 4 small ones)
    1 c. biscuit mix
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. dried marjoram
    1 glove garlic, finely chopped
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients and spread in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
    Cut into 2 x 1-inch pieces.
    Serve warm.
    Can be frozen.
