Easy Garden Vegetable Pie - cooking recipe

2 c. chopped fresh broccoli
1/2 c. chopped onion (optional)
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease pie plate.
Cook broccoli in salted water 5 minutes; drain thoroughly.
Mix broccoli, onion, pepper and cheese in pie plate.
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth with hand beater.
Pour over vegetables in pie plate.
Bake until golden brown, 35 to 40 minutes.
Refrigerate any remaining pie.
