Chicken In Wine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 lb. chicken parts, skinned
1 c. thinly sliced onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 c. sliced mushrooms
2 medium tomatoes, cored and cut into 8 pieces
1/3 c. dry white wine
2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. dried thyme, crumbled
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Preparation

Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray; add chicken parts and cook over medium heat until brown on both sides, 6 to 8 minutes.
Transfer into 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Set aside.
