Carrot Cake #1 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. Crisco oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. shredded carrots
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar until light.
Add oil and vanilla and beat. Sift dry ingredients together.
Add to sugar mixture; add pineapple, nuts and carrots.
Mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes in a greased and floured tube pan.
