Dalarolimpa(Swedish Limpa Bread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    3/4 c. Lyle's golden syrup
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    6 1/2 c. unbleached flour
    2 3/4 c. rye flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add syrup and eggs to yeast mixture.
    Add unbleached flour and rye flour and knead until smooth and elastic.
    Cover and let rise until double in size. Punch down and knead slightly.
    Divide into two loaves.
    (Can be placed on greased baking sheet or into two greased loaf pans.) Let rise again for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 35 minutes.
