Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. evaporated milk
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. creamy or chunky peanut butter
Preparation

Combine everything in a kettle but the peanut butter.
Cook over medium heat, stirring often until thermometer reaches 234\u00b0 to 240\u00b0 or until mixture forms a soft ball when dropped in water. Remove from heat and add peanut butter, but do not stir.
Cool to 110\u00b0 (lukewarm) before beating.
