No Bake Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. Stella D'Oro anginette cookies
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
small can crushed pineapple
9 oz. Cool Whip

Preparation

Blend cream cheese and sugar.
Add Cool Whip.
Drain crushed pineapple thoroughly and fold into mixture.
Cut cookies in half and spread cream mixture inside.
