Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1 heaping Tbsp. parsley flakes
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    1 can chicken broth (plus a little water)
    1 c. rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute bell pepper, green onions and parsley flakes in oleo. Add chicken broth and water.
    Place rice, salt and pepper in a baking dish.
    Stir in other mixture.
    Bake 50 minutes in covered dish at 350\u00b0.
    Mix well after baking.
