Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 slices whole wheat bread, buttered and cut in cubes
1 lb. mushrooms
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar
Preparation

Place half of the cubes into a buttered casserole.
Combine mushrooms, onions, celery and mayonnaise.
Place on top of cubes. Top with remaining cubes and spread cheese soup over all.
Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0, covered.
Then top with shredded cheese and bake 10 minutes more, uncovered.
