Pepper Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can corn, drained
    1/3 c. finely chopped red pepper
    1/3 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Mix well. Chill several hours to blend flavors.
    Mix well before serving.
    Makes 4 servings.
