Easter Antipasto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    lettuce leaves
    1 c. carrot sticks
    1 c. celery sticks
    1/2 c. cucumber circles
    1/2 c. cauliflower flowerets
    1 large tomato, cut in 8 wedges
    4 large, hard-cooked eggs, halved
Preparation
    Line a large platter with lettuce leaves.
    Arrange vegetables and eggs in separate sections on lettuce leaves.
    Place tomato wedges around other vegetables and eggs.
    Accent with leaves from celery sticks.
