Parmesan Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. half and half
    melted butter
    white bread
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut off bread crusts and cut into quarters.
    Stack in 3's. Mix eggs and half and half.
    Dip the stack of 3 squares into egg mixture, then in Parmesan cheese on all sides, except the bottom, which goes on the baking sheet.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    They puff up and are delicious served right out of the oven.
    Can be made ahead and frozen, then baked later.
