Mary'S Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
Preparation
    Mix sugar, salt, eggs and pumpkin pie spice in bowl until smooth.
    Stir evaporated milk and pumpkin.
    Mix well.
    Pour into unbaked 9-inch deep fluted pie shell.
    Place in a preheated 425\u00b0 oven. Bake for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake an additional 35 minutes or until custard is firm.
    Serves 6 to 8.
