Homemade Chocolate Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pie crust
2 c. milk
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. dry cocoa
2 eggs, separated
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine milk, flour, cocoa, eggs, sugar and salt.
Mix well. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla and butter.
Return to heat, stirring until butter is melted.
Pour into already baked pie shell. Garnish.
