Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles, cooked
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 small onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
6 Tbsp. butter, melted
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except Parmesan cheese; mix well. Spread mixture in oiled 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, cut in squares.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
