Bubble And Squeak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. beef drippings
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    2 c. sliced, cooked potatoes
    1 c. sliced cooked carrots
    2 c. shredded, cooked cabbage
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt
Preparation
    Heat drippings in a large heavy skillet.
    Add onion and saute until tender, about 5 minutes.
    Add potatoes and saute on both sides until browned.
    Stir in carrots and cabbage; stir-fry until vegetables are golden and \"squeak\" in the skillet.
    Stir in Worcestershire sauce and salt to taste.
