Ingredients
    5 oz. fish fillet (flounder, sole, etc.)
    1/4 c. julienned carrots
    1/4 c. julienned celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped tomato
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. dry white wine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Spray 12-inch square of foil with nonstick cooking spray.
    Place fillet in center and all other ingredients on top.
    Fold edges to seal.
