Oven Crusted Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. rosemary, crushed
1/8 tsp. marjoram
5 c. cornflakes, crushed to 1 1/2 c. crushed
2 1/2 to 3 lb. cut up broiler-fryer chicken, skinned
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In medium bowl, combine butter, flour, salt, thyme, rosemary and marjoram.
In shallow dish, place cereal.
Dip chicken in butter mixture; roll in cereal to coat. Place on rack in shallow baking pan.
Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until golden brown.
Makes 6 servings.
