Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil (cooking)
    2 c. fresh unpeeled zucchini, grated
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add vanilla, sugar and oil; beat until foamy. Stir in zucchini.
    Sift together the flour, soda, baking powder and salt.
    Add nuts; mix.
    Add dry mixture to zucchini mixture; stir until blended.
    Do not overmix.
    Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
