Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg, beaten
    4 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Mix together the flour, baking powder and salt in a medium-sized bowl.\tCut in shortening.
    Add vinegar and egg, then add water.\tMix to form a dough ball, separate into two balls, roll out on a floured surface.
    Makes two 9 inch crusts.
