Squash Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 lb. yellow squash, cooked and drained
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Add squash, eggs, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Cook on top of stove until thick.
    If squash doesn't mound when dropped from a spoon, add 2 tablespoons flour.
    Bake in well-greased and floured ring mold for 1 hour.
    Remove and fill the center of ring with green beans.
