Mexican Hobo Dinner Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion
    4 medium potatoes
    2 tsp. chopped hot peppers or 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
    4 carrots, cubed
    1 c. kidney beans
    1/2 can celery soup
Preparation
    Form meat into bite-size patties.
    Place into casserole dish. Alternate in layer the cubed carrots, potatoes and onion.
    Spread drained kidney beans on top.
    Now add hot peppers.
    Spread soup on top.
    Cover dish.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
