Reuben Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese or Mozzarella, shredded
    1/2 c. creamy Russian dressing
    1 1/2 c. caraway rye bread crumbs, dried
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (4 oz.) sauerkraut, drained
Preparation
    Combine beef, onion, Worcestershire, Russian dressing, salt, egg, pepper and Russian dressing.
    Mix well.
    Roll out jelly roll fashion.
    In 1/2 of beef mixture add a layer of cheese and layer of sauerkraut.
    Place the other 1/2 of beef mixture over cheese and kraut.
    Best to roll on foil, then lift the foil to place beef over the filling.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, 1/2 time reduce to 300\u00b0. Do not overbake.
