Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. canned chopped mushrooms
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. sage
4 c. cooked diced chicken
2 cans cream of celery soup
16 oz. sour cream
12 oz. spaghetti noodles
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Saute mushrooms in butter and pour into a large mixing bowl. Add seasonings, cooked chicken, soup and sour cream.
Mix well. Cook spaghetti noodles; drain and place in a buttered baking dish. Top with chicken mixture and sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese.
Bake, covered, for 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Bake, uncovered, for additional 10 to 15 minutes to brown top.
