Pimento Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    3 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. butter
    1 small jar pimento
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes.
    Layer in greased casserole dish.
    Mix milk and flour.
    Melt butter and add milk/flour mixture.
    Heat until thickens.
    Add 2 cups grated cheese and stir well.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Sprinkle pimento over potato mixture and top with 1 cup grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
