Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 large chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. basil leaves
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. catsup
    3 strips bacon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Generously grease large loaf pan.
    Mix all the ingredients except catsup and bacon; reserve and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients generously and form mixture into greased loaf pans and then spread catsup on top of meat loaf.
    Last lay bacon strips on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or longer.
    Makes 8 servings.
