Easy Cheesy Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 slices bread, trimmed and each cut into 4 pieces
1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
2 c. milk
3 eggs
1/2 stick margarine
Preparation

Melt butter and dip bread into it.
Put into baking dish. Layer cheese and bread squares alternately.
Beat eggs.
Add milk and beat again.
Pour over bread and cheese.
Let stand for several hours or overnight.
Bake in slow oven, 325\u00b0, for 45 minutes to an hour.
Serve at once.
Serves 6.
