Poppy Seed Bread - cooking recipe

3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. poppy seed
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1/2 c. margarine
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; beat for 2 minutes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Cool 10 minutes in pan.
Spoon glaze over tops and sides.
Makes 2 large, 3 medium or 5 mini loaves. Freezes well; wrap in foil.
