Rotel Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pork chops
    1 c. long grain rice
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 medium onion
    1 green pepper
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown pork chops on one side in frypan.
    Place pork chops brown side down in baking dish on top of rice.
    Add water and Ro-Tel.
    Add chopped green pepper and onion.
    Add garlic salt and pepper.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
