Pineapple Banana Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-8 oz. can unsweetened crushed pineapple
    1 c. skim milk
    1 medium banana
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 ice cubes
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 c. juice and setting aside. Combine pineapple, reserved juice, milk, banana and vanilla in container of an electric blender.
    Process until smooth.
    Add ice cubes, process until frothy.
