Barley Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. barley
    1 stick butter
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 c. chopped mushrooms
    1 qt. chicken broth
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Melt butter and brown barley in butter. Transfer to casserole dish.
    Saute onions and mushrooms.
    Add to casserole.
    Add broth.
    Mix well.
    Cover.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Serves 10.
