pie crust dough (we use whatever leftover dough is available when making pies)
cinnamon and sugar, mixed
butter
Preparation

Have children roll out pie crust dough on floured surface, then let them spread it with butter and sprinkle it with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Roll up dough and slice it, putting each piece on a cookie sheet.
Bake about 5 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until done, depending on how thick the kids sliced the dough.
