Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. milk
4 eggs
1 (28 oz.) bag frozen whole kernel corn, thawed (4 3/4 c.)
1/3 c. red bell pepper, chopped
1/3 c. onion
1 tsp. salt
10 drops hot sauce
Preparation

In 2-quart greased baking dish, heat milk until it comes to a boil.
Put eggs and 2 cups corn in blender. Blend until smooth. Add remainder of corn, bell pepper, onion, salt and hot sauce to hot mixture. Remove from heat and stir in eggs.
Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
