Leona'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. Wesson oil
6 eggs
3 1/2 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in medium bowl.
Pour into well-greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
Top with sour cream icing.
