Humus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, finely diced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 cans chickpeas, rinsed and drained
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. coriander
    1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
    6 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/4 tsp. cayenne
Preparation
    Saut onion and garlic in oil in a skillet until browned. Combine onion/garlic mixture with remaining ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Let stand 30 minutes before serving. Serve with toasted pita bread slices and vegetables.
