Homemade Tortilla Chips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 (7 or 8) flour tortillas
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400.
    Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges with a pizza cutter.
    Arrange the wedges in batches in a single layer on an 11x17 inch baking sheet.
    Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until light brown.
    Remove the chips to a wire rack to cool.
    Makes 64 chips.
